Vitrum Lobby Set within a large, light-filled commercial atrium in Vancouver_ Canada, the Vitrum Lobby (1,700 sq. ft) was reimagined as a central identity space for multiple businesses operating under one roof. The design introduces a strong visual anchor through a sculptural feature wall and a curated collection of custom furniture developed in collaboration with SA Furniture Design. Contrasting the minimal white envelope, the intervention brings depth, contrast, and character to the space—transforming a transitional lobby into a bold, branded environment that reflects innovation, craftsmanship, and a shared design language. The result is a lobby that moves beyond function, becoming a spatial expression of the brands it represents. Falkbuilt Five-Year Award Created in collaboration with the artisans of Cosanti, this sculptural award celebrates five years of dedication and collective growth at Falkbuilt. Drawing inspiration from the geometric language of Paolo Soleri, the piece abstracts the letter “P” as a spatial form, symbolizing “Passionate People Perpetuate Perfect Performance.” Cast in metal with a tactile, hand-finished surface, the object bridges art and architecture, embodying both craftsmanship and meaning. Falk Family Reunion Award 2024 Developed in collaboration with internationally recognized glassblower Hayden MacRae of Fascapple Glass, this custom award explores the intersection of craft and architectural form. Inspired by the fluid geometry of the TWA Hotel, the piece balances soft curvature with precision, expressed through layered yellow and deep gray glass. The composition reflects both movement and stability, symbolizing Falkbuilt’s culture of creativity, innovation, collective strength, and their branding colors. Falkbuilt Family Reunion Award 2023 Developed in collaboration with the artisans of Cosanti, this award builds on the legacy of Paolo Soleri through the use of their signature cast bronze and ceramic bells. Incorporating three of Soleri’s original bell designs, the piece celebrates craft, sound, and material expression. Each element is carefully composed to create a sense of movement and resonance, transforming the award into an interactive object that reflects connection, culture, and shared achievement.
